" Hi there! My name is Megan, and Im so glad youre here. I am an LPC who specializes in treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and mood disorders, including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I am highly trained in evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. My clinical work focuses on empowering individuals to access their intrinsic capacity for resiliency and healing, and topics such as vulnerability, courage, and self-compassion are core principles of my practice.
