About Us

I see a variety of people: adults, adolescents, and couples. I work with men who aren’t sure if therapy will work for them. I work with teens rightfully suspicious of an adult’s ability to help. I work with couples and families through issues such as addiction, finances, parenting, and trust. And I work with people of a wide range of demographics on understanding their own patterns in how they relate to themselves, and how they relate to others. This is the meaning of relational therapy. , I am a psychodynamic and experiential therapist. What this means is that we will spend time understanding what you might be disconnected from, but what is still influencing your life. In therapy with couples and families, we explore the attachment between you and your partner, and ways in which you can directly impact each other’s wellbeing. , Originally trained as a sociologist, I have spent my career seeking to understand how people make meaning of their experiences.
