I am a therapist licensed in Virginia and Colorado. I have worked with children, teens, and adults to treat a variety of concerns. I will partner with you using a person-centered approach to help create the change you want in your life. I help you integrate tools that feel authentic to your needs using a multicultural, trauma-informed lens. work collaboratively with clients who are struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions including perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, parenting issues, stress management, relationship issues, attachment concerns, and substance use. , I believe in bringing out the strength individuals possess and utilizing those strengths to promote change. I offer an authentic presence filled with support, empathy, encouragement, as well as humor, joy, and understanding.
