About Us

I have therapy openings for individual, couple, and family clients! I work to create a space where it is safe to drop into vulnerable emotions and uncertainty to explore your deepest needs in life and relationships. I practice a type of therapy called IFS (Internal Family Systems), which means my work is focused on building relationships with all parts of you (e.g., depression, self-criticism, anxiety, etc), seeking to understand their purpose through a compassionate lens, and allowing us to work with them to create greater self-attunement. This means that my practice is trauma-informed and experiential, creating a client-led space where we will follow your internal wisdom about the pace and focus of therapy. , As a therapist, I get to walk alongside people on their path toward healing and reconciliation, just as many have walked with me. I work to create a space of warmth, where it is safe to be imperfect, to give feedback, and to learn together.
