I believe everyone has a core self that contains the innate wisdom to heal, grow, and to feel liberated through self compassion. I also believe this part of ourselves gets blocked - physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually - and silenced through various wounds like trauma, belief systems, and the negative messages we receive from others and society. I work especially well with highly sensitive individuals (such as HSPs) and those who are open to mindful and somatic/body awareness therapy techniques to help explore and work with the roots of distress. , " As a therapist trained and experienced in trauma treatment (EMDR) and cognitive-behavioral, DBT, CBT, solutions focused, and mindfulness interventions, I assist in peeling back the layers of trauma, defenses, and “should” voices to help restore your voice and your body/minds natural healing ability.
