I work with many people who are experiencing anxiety, sadness, stress and overwhelm with life, jobs, relationships, and social connections. As a professional, I know how important it is to feel heard, and to have someone say, I hear you, and I understand where you are coming from. , When we lose our authentic selves and try to be what we think others what us to be, anxiety can take over, leaving us stuck and feeling lost. My style is to work with what you bring to session. My agenda is to work with what you feel is calling you loudest. From there, I help you to begin to find your own voice, since that is what is most important. I belie , I believe that you know what the next steps are, my job is to help guide you there. It is exciting to see together all the possibilities and potential that are here for all of us to incorporate into our lives. I use a cognitive- solution focused approach in my practice.
