About Us

I believe that authenticity in relationships is a key foundation when working with my clients. It is my goal to support and help with relationship issues, depression and anxiety, trauma/abuse, addiction and wellness. I work with individuals, couples and families at all levels by helping them produce the effective and positive changes they desire. I believe that every person has the ability to take control of his or her life by empowering themselves. It has been my experience working with different cultures and ethnicities that my clients achieve their goals and recreate new ways of looking at their life. , I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my bachelor’s degree in Social Work and have a master’s degree in Human Services and Counseling Studies. Additionally, I completed my post graduate work in Marriage and Family Counseling at the Denver Family Institute. I studied Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method. , I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which is best known as a cutting edge, tested and proven couple intervention, but it is also used to address individual depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress. When working with my clients it is important to provide safety, trust, support, respect and empathy. I look forward to meeting you.
