I can help you ground back into yourself, find your most authentic self and support you in building a skill set for future life challenges. I work with couples to support them in rebuilding safety and intimacy, understanding each others attachment styles, reducing conflict and building connectedness. I also do sex therapy work to help couples increase levels of intimacy and closeness in the relationship.
