It is my role to create a warm and safe environment for you to be comfortable sharing any thoughts and feelings that are hindering you from living your life to the fullest. , I am a client-centered, strength-based therapist. I use an integrative approach to therapy that includes techniques from IFS, EMDR, Play Therapy, and Creative Expression. I am trained in Somatic EMDR, which targets chronic health conditions. I am passionate about working with people who have experienced early childhood, complex trauma. , I understand how difficult the first step to healing can be. The thought of being vulnerable with a complete stranger can be terrifying. It can also be freeing.
