If you are searching for healing from past traumas and anxiety, or feeling stuck on a belief about yourself that makes it difficult to move forward, I invite you to reach out. Helping people heal from and manage anxiety, trauma, grief and loss and relationship concerns are where I feel I can offer the most help. I am dedicated to bringing cultural awareness and competency into my practice, working to help all people feel welcome and know that this is a space where we can discuss our differences in order to develop deeper understanding. I also run mental health retreats (www.larkmentalhealthretreats.com). , With over a decade of experience, I specialize in the treatment of trauma and am EMDR Certified which is a leading modality for trauma work, and I have seen the truly incredible impact this can have on clients time and time again. I use somatic and body awareness, integrating breath, meditation, writing exercises and even humor into the therapeutic process. , My approach is warm and client centered as I integrate various modalities. I feel that at the core of the process is the therapeutic relationship, striving to help people feel fully seen and heard without judgment so that they may explore fully what is arising for them.
