With the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), clients let go of the events that have kept them stuck while building the confidence to move ahead. , At this time, I am able to see clients in person at my cozy cottage in the Old North End in Colorado Springs, CO. I am also able to use telehealth for phone sessions or Zoom sessions, if preferred.
