With a background in marriage and family therapy, my counseling style tends to be relationship oriented and solutions-focused. I offer a blend of empathy and support while presenting real-world suggestions for growth and healing. I have found that while all clients want to feel heard and understood, this alone is not enough for therapy to be effective.
