I utilize an integrative model of psychotherapy, using aspects from different treatments depending upon the client, their needs, and their goals. To treat chronic insomnia, I use CBT for Insomnia, a brief, effective, evidence-based approach. , It is often difficult to take the first step to begin psychotherapy.
