With nearly two decades of experience as a therapist, I have the skills and knowledge to guide you as we walk together along your healing journey. , I offer evidence based treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution focused therapy, as well as trauma and healing therapies including trauma focused CBT and EMDR, and an Internal Family Systems informed approach. , I am welcoming, compassionate, non-judgmental, and approachable.
