I am not accepting new clients at this time. I help couples and individuals overcome personal and relational dynamics that interfere with personal fulfillment. I focus on identifying and utilizing strengths while teaching skills that foster self-reliance and interdependence. My most successful clients are motivated to change, have the capacity for insight, and the desire to take charge of their lives. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, relational difficulties and life transitions. I work with couples and individuals who are struggling with communication, infidelity, and unhealthy relational dynamics. , I counsel couples, individuals and families. My work with couples is directive. I focus on identifying and changing detrimental relational dynamics that hinder healthy communication and loving interactions. My work with individuals is tailored to helping people gain insight so they can enact change, fulfill their potential, and experience happiness. , I have worked with couples, individuals and families for 20 years. Initial consultations are an opportunity for us to determine if we are a good therapeutic fit. At the end of the consult, I offer feedback regarding the presenting problems, and lay a roadmap for how to address them. If we are not a good fit, I offer referrals to other therapists.
