I especially enjoy working with kids and young adults on the spectrum, successful women who may have ADHD, and those who have never tried therapy before but think maybe it might be for them and are coming in with no pre-conceived notions of what therapy has to be. I am also completing my doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology and work with high performers, especially those who are neurodivergent. , I offer therapy through a people-focused lens, you are your own expert! I often operate in the outdoors and complete therapy during walking or some other type of activity. I am certified in equine (horse) assisted learning and in animal therapy.
