I have extensive experience, both personally and professionally, with addiction and dual diagnosis treatment. I bring 10+ years of recovery to my work and, where appropriate, integrate it into my evidence-based practice and approach. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and, per client needs, integrate additional practices (i.e. solution-focused, family systems, motivational enhancement, rational-emotive behavioral therapies). , I provide education, skill-building, process and support to those battling addiction/substance abuse and co-occurring mental health concerns.
