", If you or your child (12yo+) struggles with issues like: stress, peer relationships and communication, family conflict, negative body image, self-harm behaviors (cutting, substance use, suicidal ideation), academic challenges, and/or identity exploration (LGBTQIA spectrum), we can help you explore those concerns and make healthy changes to get on track. , For many people, the space to discuss struggles openly can be quite limited.
