I am a Durango native, born and raised. Having lived here my whole life, I have deep roots in this community and understand the joys and struggles of living in a rural town. I have a passion for helping women, and young adults experiencing life transitions such as going to college or ending a long-term relationship, as well as, helping people heal and process traumatic events. I also help parents understand and improve their connection with their children or teens through parent coaching and am a registred Play Therapist. , I have spent hundreds of hours training to serve my clients in the most skillful way I possibly can. I use a solution-focused philosophy, believing people and families come into therapy to work towards solutions that will allow them to navigate their lives more skillfully. , The therapeutic approaches I use, proven evidenced based approaches, are informed by how our brains work and what they need to promote healing.
