" The past few years have been traumatic for individuals and families all over the world. Many have had difficulty coping with their day-to-day struggles which has been compounded by underlying traumatic events, abuse, and lack of support. Many struggle with unhealthy coping mechanisms to help them manage their depression and anxiety. This often leads to neglecting individual needs, toxic relationships, and substance use. Understanding how these issues manifest in ones life and discovering how to heal and become the best version of oneself is a difficult process that is most effective with someone to serve as a guide. ", As a licensed therapist, I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities to diagnose, treat, and educate clients with trauma, grief and addiction. I have experience with clients that have suffered from sexual trauma, child abuse & interrelational violence. I utilize psychoeducation, IFS, somatic resources and trauma processing to heal stuck trauma , Healing is possible with the right support and guidance.
