About Us

I help you discover your dreams and inner strengths and gifts by identifying you true and authentic self. Then I am able to enable and empower you to heal what stands in the way of expressing your authentic self. I have many modalities I work in : client-centered, Internal Family systems, EMDR, trauma-focused, grief therapy and much more. I help you create a plan for healing on many levels: Physical, emotional, spiritual, relational and more. I am a communication and relationship expert and can help you heal your relationship to yourself, to you Family of Ogrin, to past partners and to you children. I do a lot of mediation as well. , I help my clients heal the issues that keep them stuck. I help them see who they are, help them discover their gifts and coach them to practice these gifts while helping them heal any issues that have kept them from being who they truly are. , I have an eclectic approach. I use EMDR, cognitive behavior therapy, family of origin review with an intent to heal that which has been a lifelong issue and much more. I have a grief specialty as well because lack of grief recovery is often the cause of many of our issues. I also help you connect to your deepest strengths and gifts to aid your journey
