Building rapport with my clients is the first and primary focus of my practice. It is important that whomever you choose to work with understands your concerns, goals, and life direction as you see it. I take the time to understand who you are, where you come from and where you are going in order to effectively provide treatment that best suits your needs in individual, couples, family, or group counseling. From a foundation of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Systemic Family Therapy I provide direct but sensitive counseling services to those struggling with a variety of concerns.
