About Us

Do you feel disconnected from yourself? Do you experience overwhelm, anxiety or panic? Do you feel confused about a relationship in your life? Are you a highly sensitive person? Are you healing from loss or trauma? Do you struggle with shame, perfectionism, or people pleasing? Do you find yourself getting triggered in your daily life but are unsure why? Life can be challenging and sometimes we lose connection with our sense of wholeness and joy along the way. This may be because of a traumatic event, a major loss, life transition, anxiety, depression, or a childhood in which we didn’t get the attuned care that we needed. , I specialize in relational trauma and anxiety and utilize compassionate talk therapy, mindfulness, IFS (parts work, inner child work or reparenting work), resourcing skills, psychoeducation, and EMDR in sessions with clients. Most of what I do centers around helping clients repair their relationship with themselves. , My style is warm and deeply validating. I am not interested in directing your life path (as walking the path of healing is something only you can do), but rather holding a flashlight, offering wisdom and resources, and helping you hold what’s hurting.
