In unique ways, we all get stuck, suffer, feel anxious, fearful, out of balance, and, need to be seen and make meaning of our lives. To me, inner work is about coming into enough self-knowledge to discern what is true to our nature by learning to integrate and develop unconscious energies in more fruitful and creative ways. I offer depth-oriented therapy informed by my doctoral training as a Jungian psychologist, to partner with you in relating to unconscious energies that shape your sense of self, noticing the repressed or unfamiliar energies within, and uncovering the guidance and messages within your dreams and symptoms. , Understanding our individuality, potential, and limitations cultivates the ability to face life’s challenges and the wisdom to learn and grow from them. Our sessions will help you remove distortions, balance attitudes, and facilitate a more complete and connected approach to yourself and others. , The Jungian approach brings imagination, symbolism, and meaning to the ongoing journey of healing and growth. It develops an attitude that inspires change through insight, surrender, and a relationship with the inner world so you can engage more fully and authentically in life.
