I have 30 years of experience specializing in anxiety, depression, substance use/misuse issues, stress and life transitions. Together we can explore your goals, struggles, and successes. I assist clients working through times of conflict, relationship discord, leadership development, self-esteem issues and recovery journeys. I support professionals or executives looking to navigate work-related demands with my years of leadership experience. We will work together at your comfort level through exploration and change. I often use cognitive and behavioral techniques to achieve the desirable changes. I am a Certified Supervisor for LPC. , I can assist you in identifying your goals in treatment. Together we will identify a treatment plan that meets your desired outcomes and timeline. While I specialize in substance use/misuse, I often work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, conflict, life transitions, and growth development.
