In working with clients heavily impacted by trauma, I have had the opportunity to treat a vast array of mental health conditions including but not limited to Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), attachment problems, adjustment disorders, behavior/conduct problems, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-injury, interpersonal problems, and grief/bereavement. , I practice from research-driven theoretical models including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Attachment Self-Regulation Competency (ARC), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). , I understand the strength it takes to reach out for help, and I work closely with my clients to set goals that will facilitate growth and healing in multiple aspects of their lives.
