This will continue throughout treatment, so that we are always increasing awareness and achievement. This does not happen instantly, but in stages. I will support you to ensure you move at a pace best suited to your needs and comfort level. , My primary therapeutic approaches are existential, humanistic, & mindfulness. If needed, we will also discuss specific skills regarding emotions, thought processes, etc. Clarifying goals, barriers, and solutions, and receiving encouragement, might be all you need. But this often brings hope & confidence needed to create deeper authenticity and meaning! , I provide safe, supportive space for people of all genders, sexual orientations and relationship styles. I myself am non-binary and queer and this has significantly contributed to my passion and training as a psychologist.
