About Us

Rachael is accepting new clients using private payment and United/Optum, Cigna and Aetna insurances for in-person and telehealth services. Interning Counselor, Charlie is currently offering in-person and telehealth sliding scale sessions at $30-$65 rate. Cognitive behavioral therapy is the golden standard for helping people recognize and better manage thinking patterns that may feel like traps. Regulating our emotions and physical responses can be challenging, and therapy can be a safe space to explore new ways of doing this. We strive to provide concrete tools to help you process and cope with your experiences in healthier ways. When experiencing heightened anxiety, trauma, grief, or depression it is hard to envision stability. We are committed to helping others grow their internal strengths and become their own coach, by collaborating and working as a team to get there. , As a practice we help kids, teens, adults, and families process through their challenges, adaptively communicate, and reconnect. We have helped support children and teens with managing social, emotional, and academic struggles.
