Welcome! I support clients working through anxiety, depression, life changes, interpersonal stressors, LGBTQ+ issues, traumatic events, challenging childhoods, and grief and loss. I keep various fidget toys, coloring pages, paints, and games available for clients of all ages. I use a blend of holistic approaches including humanistic, narrative, somatic, feminist, mindfulness and strengths based, and emotionally focused. If and when desired by clients, I engage with visualizations and somatic regulating exercises. , I recognize clients as the experts of their own lives and view the therapeutic relationship as a type of dance between curious people. I believe therapy can be for anyone, and engage in my own personal therapy journey as well. It is important to me that clients feel heard, accepted, encouraged, supported, and challenged.
