Our work together will be integrative and grounded in somatic psychotherapy, meaning we will continually invite the body forward through felt sensation, breath, and movement in addition to talk-based approaches. In our co-created therapeutic container, you will gain greater access to your unique strengths and intrinsic wisdom as you uncover and work through obstacles to your growth and healing. , I support clients navigating anxiety, chronic and post-traumatic stress, and work with individuals and couples to improve intimacy and connection in relationships. I also specialize in the treatment of persistent pain and other physical symptoms associated with anxiety and depression and empower clients to gain accurate information about their symptoms. , As a queer woman, I believe the best therapy is informed by internal, interpersonal, cultural, and social justice perspectives. Together, we will address your unique challenges, deactivate pain pathways in the brain, and activate pathways that unlock the mindbody system’s innate healing intelligence.
