About Us

My therapeutic style is welcoming, grounding, and curious. I aim for therapy to be a collaborative space for authentic exploration, which I approach from a open and curious stance. I believe my clients are the experts of their own experiences, and it is my honor and duty to use my knowledge to assist my clients in unfolding, understanding, integrating, and blossoming into their authentic, functional self. To assist my clients in this process, I often utilize personalized metaphor, analogy, reflection, and humor to both support and challenge each client. Often, my therapy style is described as relieving, exciting, and insightful. , I specialize in a number of clinical areas such as various forms of trauma, men’s issues, personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I offer both individual as well as couples therapy while incorporating evidence based strategies such as EMDR and DBT. I see a range of ages from teens up to elderly adults. , My aim is for therapy to be an authentic and collaborative space for us to make sense of whichever issues or struggles each client brings. Together, we can begin to understand how and where a particular difficulty comes from while also integrating and creating personalized strategies for each client to utilize to make meaningful, long-term change.
