I am passionate about creating a safe place for you to experience healing as you struggle with some of life’s most difficult challenges. I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan; and I want to get to know you! My experience has taught me that therapy is most effective when it is relational versus transactional; and collaborative versus prescriptive. Education and transparency are two very important values that inform my approach to your healing. Collaboratively, we will blend trauma-informed and person-centered approaches to ensure you receive personalized resources. I approach treatment holistically and believe that we are all works in progress. You are NOT ‘broken’ and I cannot ‘fix’ you. , I merely get to be a part of your journey, to help empower you and to assist you in moving toward your personal goals.
