I create a safe environment for self understanding and leading to a more authentic life. I use holistic integration of modalities such as nature therapy, somatic work, DBT, TF-CBT, Gottman, parts works, EMDR, breath work and mindfulness in a collaborative and supportive manner that is client centered. Retreats, groups, nature intensives & supervision offered.
