Often my work with people focuses on learning to understand and feel emotions, identifying how their past has impacted them, and building stronger relationships (with themselves and with others). , In particular I have particular training in EMDR, racial trauma/anti-racism, LGBTQ+ affirming care, family systems theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), boundaries and communication skills. , I have a degree in Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York at Albany and am a Licensed Processional Counselor. I have been working full time as a therapist since the beginning of 2019 and have worked with children, teens, adults, families, and couples.
