Trying to think of an "ideal client" is a little funny; each person that walks into my office is so unique. Something they seem to have a common interest in, though, is understanding how they fit into their world and how this understanding can create fulfillment. Health issues like anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma can grow when experienced in unhealthy social cycles. Our work always starts by creating the most supportive environment around you to succeed. Once that happens, new patterns and mindsets for how we behave become so much easier to learn and practice.
