Childhood, teen years and young adult years are full of confusion, exploration and growth. Rather it be struggling with friendships, managing emotions, depression or anxiety symptoms or something unknown these things add extra stressors in this journey, sometimes challenging certain aspects or everything at once. This is where therapy can play a supportive role in exploring these challenges and discovering together what can be most supportive to help you or your child reach their goals and true potential. , Focusing on ages 7- young adults I am here to help support you or your child navigate the emotions and experiences that have led you to seek out therapy. Rather it be anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, problems at school, trauma, grief or something else, together we will work towards those goals to reach that positive change that is wanting to be seen. , " Trusting someone with your or your childs mental health can be frightening, especially when it feels like you or your child is already in such a delicate space.
