In my psychotherapy sessions, I like to include Biofeedback monitoring of heart rate and breathing chemistry to give me useful information in treatment planning and to help empower clients in greater self-regulation/self-control. I provide many skills for clients to practice. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral techniques along with psychophysiological (biofeedback), transpersonal, and Somatic Experiencing stress and trauma release approaches. I also work with optimizing performance in any area whether sports, music, speaking, acting, or reducing anxiety.
