I have education and a deep understanding of the physical, emotional and neurological impact of attachment wounds and trauma. I also help clients resolve depression, anxiety, relationship issues. Licensed in CO & ME , I am a Safe and Sound Protocol Provider. SSP is a listening protocol that affects the vagus nerve reducing stress in the nervous system, building resilience & connection.
