About Us
Hello! I’m Ariel (she/her). Thanks for taking the time to be here. I specialize in working with teens, adults, couples/relationships and am LGBTQIA2S+ aligned. I work with a wide range of human experiences such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, identity crises, sex, women’s empowerment, and relationship and communication skills. I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University’s Contemplative Psychotherapy & Buddhist Psychology program. , From these studies and my own personal healing practices of meditation, yoga, and dance, my therapeutic approach combines Western and Eastern philosophies. , I meet each individual with warmth, compassion, and an open mind and heart. Drawing upon mindfulness awareness and self-compassion, I can support you in meeting your experiences and most importantly, yourself, with those same skills. If you’re up for it I love to offer guided meditations, breathing exercises, movement, and various coping skills in session.
