About Us

I am currently offering Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. My Individual Therapy work focuses on issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, Mood Issues, and others. I offer EMDR treatment which is very effective in treating PTSD symptoms and treatment-resistant mood issues. My Group Therapy programs include Wilderness Therapy Programs and, newly introduced groups which focus on RPG (role-playing game)/Game Therapy. My RPG Groups focus on social skills, impulse control, and collaborative story-telling. I am currently accepting new clients for Teen and Adult groups. , I have specific training in the treatment of behavioral issues; trauma (post-wartime stressors, sexual assault, domestic violence, natural disaster, etc.), EMDR; meditation and mindfulness; cognitive behavioral therapy for a number of conditions including depression and anxiety; substance use and recovery; and communication for couples counseling. , I offer in-office sessions as well as telehealth. I also offer Outdoor Therapy programs which are specifically tailored to each client. The location of Outdoor Therapy sessions will vary. RPG/Game Group Therapy is conducted online and in-person.
