About Us

Anna (she/her) is working towards her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She is beginning her clinical internship journey and has experience working with adults impacted by trauma, mental health, incarceration, and substance use issues. She is also a Certified Addiction Technician and has worked within a residential treatment setting. Anna approaches counseling from a person-centered perspective and also uses attachment theory to help her clients understand their relationship patterns.
