My holistic approach includes Brainspotting, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, CBT, Mindfulness techniques and other powerful modalities. I can help you get to what lies beneath the surface so that any sabotaging beliefs, negative feelings, outdated patterns, past traumas and wounds stop running your life. , I understand how vulnerable it can be to open yourself up and look inside.
