Life is filled with transitions, especially as we grow older or care for someone who is. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of aging, grappling with illness, or supporting a loved one through difficult times, I am here to walk with you on the journey. My background in hospice, palliative care, and hospital settings has allowed me to support hundreds of individuals and families facing life’s most challenging moments, including serious health diagnoses and the journey toward end of life. I’m committed to making your path to wellness as smooth as possible. , I often use ACT techniques to assist clients in finding acceptance of uncomfortable thoughts and emotion as they take committed action in pursuit of their personal goals. I also use a meaning- centered psychotherapy approach for clients facing terminal illness and/or end of life to help clients connect with purpose during this difficult time. , " I would love to work alongside of you as you journey through lifes challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief, illness and end of life.
