About Us

Finding yourself in destructive patterns and using unhelpful behaviors to cope can make you feel isolated and alone. Knowing you are different from others and wondering how to navigate everyday situations is exhausting and debilitating. Being neurodivergent in a world built for neurotypical people can lead to depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and substance use just to name a few. With the weight of everything all at once you can feel trapped and hopeless. No matter what you are struggling with, you deserve to be fiercely advocated for and supported in a way that honors your unique humanness. , I’ve realized through my own therapeutic work and experiences that my neurodivergence, queerness, and different ways of thinking are not something to hide but embrace. I don’t believe brains need to be “fixed” and I am dedicated to working towards the goals you set for yourself in a collaborative way. , I am particularly passionate about supporting people living with substance use concerns, ADHD, PTSD, depression, and anxiety—as well as those who are part of the criminal justice system. Teens especially face unique and specific challenges, and I enjoy coming alongside you to be creative in the therapeutic process together. I look forward to meeting you!
