" I work with individuals, couples and families, focusing on their interpersonal problems. I try to trace their origins in order to help my clients not repeat destructive old patterns of behavior. I maintain a positive attitude towards my clients lives and their futures and I support self acceptance and optimism. ", " I encourage clients to get to know their emerging selves, where they come from and where they want to go. This also leads to revealing behavior patterns that dont work for them. I encourage them to find healthy alternatives to these patterns and to stay positive in their growth and development. ", I have worked as Clinical Psychologist and as Director of Psychology Training at MIT, working with the students, staff and their families in a very high stress community. I have also worked in private practice for several decades . My experience has helped me understand and empathize with people at all different life stages.
