About Us

My name is Vanessa Campos, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about supporting all clients through challenges, leading them to experience healing and growth. I earned my master’s degree in psychology from National University with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life’s difficulties. Drawing from a diverse array of educational, career, and life experience, I use a blend of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, self-compassion, and mindfulness approaches. , I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, and the elderly. I have experience with treating anxiety, depression, self-harm/suicide, personality disorders, developmental disorders (Autism, SLD, ADHD), and more. I value diversity and inclusion while serving people from different cultures and the LGBTQ+ community. , I will meet you with empathy, open-mindedness, and unconditional positive regard. I believe in working collaboratively with my client to identify treatment priorities and create a safe environment. I am a bilingual therapist and speak fluent Spanish.
