I work with clients to discover healthier ways to be in relation to others and create a life that suites them and the people they care about. I work collaboratively with clients to help them build a life that is true to themselves and their values, and working to build coping strategies internally. , I do not judge my clients, instead I remain curious and empathetic to their unique experiences and wants. I believe therapy is not one size fits all and work WITH clients to build a trusting therapeutic relationship, and ask clients for consent before delving into difficult topics.
