Together, we’ll work to identify and overcome the obstacles that have been holding you back, whether the obstacles are current or rooted in the past. , My approach is gentle, empathetic and flexible, allowing you to explore at your own pace. I draw on my training and experience in evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT and a commitment to cultural sensitivity to tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs.
