As a therapist, being able to provide comfort, hope, and practical coping tools to my clients is tremendously rewarding and personally meaningful. In my practice, I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness Based Practices. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients. I particularly enjoy working with seniors. I also enjoy working Spanish speaking clients, who often struggle to find a provider that speaks their preferred language. , I believe that at some point in our lives the vast majority of us will benefit from mental health services and when that time comes, we all want the best care possible and as soon as possible.
