Hello! My name is Jessica Henry and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I focus on providing individualized treatment. I graduated from Pepperdine University in 2010 with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I began my career working in the community mental health, servicing the county of Los Angeles. I have nearly 13 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to kids, adolescents, teens and adults. Currently, I am only seeing clients virtually. , I utilize a multi-faceted approach when working with clients. Every client is different and deserves an individualistic approach to therapy. I utilize interventions from a variety of evidenced-based therapies in order to tailor the treatment and treatment plan to each client. , My style is person centered. I provide unconditional positive regard with my clients. The client is the expert in their journey, and I am here to assist the client to become more of a fully functioning person. I also try to be flexible as I understand clients work and/or go to school so I offer afternoon and evening hours an offer hours on Sundays.
